Episode 33: The New Target

Team Kakashi and Team Gai return back home to Konoha. As Kakashi rests in the infirmary, Sakura tells the 5th Hokage about what Sasori told her before he died, as a reward for defeating him. He had a meeting with his spy from Orochimaru’s hide-out in 10 days. 4 days have passed since Sakura was told this, and now Naruto and Sakura need to setup a new team to go and investigate. Naruto runs around Konoha meeting some of his friends whom he promptly asks to help him and join his new squad. Just as Chouji agrees to help; Shikamaru, Chouji and Naruto are attacked by an unknown Konoha shinobi(Sai).

Naruto Shippuden - Episode 32

Episode 32: Return of The Kazekage

Deidara seems to have survived his battle, and begins to search for his missing arm. Meanwhile, Zetsu is standing near a dead Sasori with Tobi, who wishes to join Akatsuki. Deidara later finds Tobi standing near his arm, and attacks him in a comical fashion. The leaf ninja head back to konoha after their victory, where Sai is given instructions by Danzo.

Episode 31: The Next Generation

Chiyo tries to revive Gaara but she does not possess enough Chakra so Naruto asks her to use his Chakra instead, when Gaara wakes up, he finds that everyone from the sand village around him. Everyone then prays for Chiyo-basama.

Naruto Shippuden - Episode 29 & 30

Episode 29: Kakashi enlightened!

After Team Guy members finish their battles, they make their way to Team Kakashi. Sakura and Chiyo also make their way towards Naruto and Kakashi. Kakashi reveals his Mangekyo Sharingan, which he uses to warp space around Deidara, hoping to suck him into an alternate dimension. However, he only succeeds in catching Deidara’s arm, severing it. Kakashi’s second attempt fails when Deidara dives into the trees. While Deidara has his guard down, Naruto manages to separate him from his clay bird, having his clones take the beak, which contains Gaara’s body, to safety. Naruto, meanwhile, launches a vicious attack on Deidara, only to discover that he is beating up a clay replacement. In his angered state, Naruto’s fox chakra begins to emerge. The two tailed form of the nine tailed fox emerges.

Naruto Shippuden - Episode 28

Episode 28: The Revived Beasts

Team Gai fight goes on as they fight their shinobi clones. Neji explains to each member of the team that they are systematically growing more and more weak as the fight drags on. Their clones being non-human remain as strong as they were when they were formed. Lee, who refuses to accept defeat, realizes that the only way for them to defeat their clones is to become stronger than they were when they first started fighting. After a flashback about their training sessions, they all remember their training motto: “Stronger than I was yesterday.” The memory gives them the strength needed to overpower and defeat their clones.

Naruto Shippuden - Episode 27

Episode 27: The Impossible Dream

The previous episode, Sakura was stabbed by Sasori in attempt to save Grandma Chiyo but somehow Chiyo-basama able to perform her final attack by using Sasori “father” and “mother”. As Sasori fast approaching his death, he rewards the two kunoichi for his defeat by providing them some valuable information on Orochimaru, and Sasuke as well. Meanwhile Naruto and Kakashi both still on pursuit against Deidara and Team Gai are no where to be seen on this episode which will be the next highlight on the next 28th episode.

Episode 26: 10 Puppets Vs. 100 Puppets

This is the final episode on season 1 and next week season 2 start with Shippuden episode 27: The Impossible Dream.
